🎾 Pikup Padel Loyalty Scheme — Full Rules

1. How stamps are earned

You earn 1 stamp for every game you personally play, regardless of who booked the court.

If you play multiple games in a day, you earn multiple stamps.

Stamps are added after the session is completed.

2. Free session reward

When you reach 9 stamps, you earn a free session that matches your loyalty card type:

Off-Peak 60: Free 60-min off-peak session

Off-Peak 90: Free 90-min off-peak session

Peak 60: Free 60-min peak session

Peak 90: Free 90-min peak session

Free sessions must be redeemed at reception.

3. Off-peak hours

Mon–Fri: 6am–5pm

Sat–Sun: 6am–8am

4. Peak hours

All hours outside the off-peak times listed above.

5. Card ownership

Loyalty cards are personal and non-transferable.

The name on the card must match the player redeeming the stamp or reward.

6. Lost cards

Lost cards cannot be replaced.

Stamps cannot be transferred to a new card.

​

7. Completed cards

Completed cards must be handed in at reception when redeeming your free session.

A new card will be issued after redemption.

​

8. Cancellations

Cancelled bookings, no-shows, or abandoned games do not earn stamps.

​

9. Validity

Stamps and rewards have no expiry, but Pikup Padel reserves the right to update the scheme at any time.
